A very detailed account of the author's stay in a fasting clinic

I learned a lot from this book. The author is not a doctor, but her detailed account of her stay in a fasting clinic provides a lot of information.

Best intro to fasting book I ever read

Jean takes you through her frustrating struggle to get rid of her asthma, going from one doctor to the next. It really shows the differences between the allopathic method and the Hygienic method of treating disease. Wonderful book. Should be read by everyone who has been told by the Medical Profession, "we cant do any more for you, you will just have to learn to live with your ailment."
