Excellent resource

I bought this book for my new interns. It is a great resource for them to double check their assessment and interventions. They love the charts and short to the point descriptions with things to look out for. Would recommend this book to all new nurses not matter what area they practice in.

AWESOME!!!

I have been in nursing school for 2 years and only wish I had found this book sooner. It helps make things concise that the teachers drag out in lecture.
