Preschool Teacher values this book.

The author has written a book suitable for preschoolers through grade school. The text is simple but challanges the reader (or listener) with farm vocabulary and clear, concise definitions. There is a glossary and index in the back of the book. Large color pictures show how the crops go through the machines. These cutaway illustrations will satisfy many a curious child. I will use this book for our unit on Harvest in November. I expect this book to be a big hit. If you have a preschooler interested in things that go, don't hesitate to get this book. If your child is older (up to 10 years), don't hesitate thinking the book will be too young.
