Good hearted odd movie

We got this movie because our daughter loves foxes at the moment. And it was an odd, wacky story but because it’s a Roald Dahl creation that’s what to expect! It’s got sophisticated characters, creative dialogue, and a really gifted cast. The story takes you on a unique adventure bringing in themes from life that you wouldn’t expect in a children’s movie but in the end quite fitting for Dahl’s penchant for relating to difficult childhood themes in a wacky, sometimes grown up circumstances. After getting used to the pace of the film, we ended up loving it. Our daughter too. If you like Witches and Boy, you’ll like this story.
