This book is an excellent introduction to field of family therapy. It is a very comprehensive text which provides an enormous amount of information in a well organized way. The author presents information on the history of family therapy, the field today, single parent households, family-school collaboration, family art therapy, divorce and divorce mediation, and bereavement.
