ISBN 0816742812 - A short book in rhyme about Autumn and the changing leaves, from the green of summer all the way to the brown of coming winter. The smells of Autumn get a mention too, from pumpkin pies to the snow that's on the way, bringing to mind all the best parts of Fall. Only one negative - apparently not wanting to mar the happy parts of the season, back-to-school doesn't rank a mention in the text, but there is a backpack in an illustration! All in all, a nice book for young kids and a pleasant introduction to the season. - AnnaLovesBooks
