Ordered a Book & CD. (Book & CD) is listed in the title 2x. There was no mention anywhere that the book would not include the CD. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Beautiful illustrations!

A wonderful children's book with gorgeous illustrations! I highly recommend all books by Shirley Barber, she is a amazing children's Author and Illustrator!

Beautifully illustrated with well-written fairy stories

Shirley Barber is a well-known children's author, specialising in fairy stories. She is originally from the Channel islands between England and France, and this beautiful and picturesque island has obviously played a big influence in inspiring her. The illustrations of fairy folk, i.e. pixies, elves, fairies are beautifully rendered in full-color. Ms Barber brings the world of the wee folk to life in a rich tapestry of colors. The stories are engaging and the audio CDs are an added bonus. Hint: I got this at a local bookstore for about four dollars. Now, that was a value buy indeed.
