Great for starters

I now develop applications that have millions of MAU and this was the book that got me started for Facebook Applications. It's a simple book, I read it because my internet was disconnected, It was over in 2 nights. I didn't even read the last part where you write a php application. I think this book is enough to get started, after you are started you read Facebook developer wiki, so you don't need any book else.
