Not satisfied

I never received this book but I was charged for it. The book I did receive was Paper Flowers. It is an old copy which seems to be used.

Not acceptable at all!

This book was not at all in acceptable condition. All the flowers and stems were torn out and the book was smashed and damaged. It was equal to receiving a coloring book that was completely colored in!
