A great resource for handcrafted projects!

This was the first book I bought after I inherited a sewing machine. I was looking for something that would walk me step-by-step through projects made from fabric. I found that and much more! I've found the instructions to be clear and the photographs really helpful to me, a self-confessed non-crafty person. I just love the shocked looks I get when I can answer affirmatively that, yes, I DID make that all by myself. Projects range from simple and quick to still fairly simple but more time-consuming. I've had the book for about 4 months now and am still not tired of just sitting and looking through it for more ideas. I've already warned all my family and friends that they're getting home-made gifts this year!
