Love Sharon, Love the Book!

I must confess right off that I've been a diehard Sharon Osbourne from the beginning of her groundbreaking reality series "The Osbournes," as well as from her appearances on the Howard Stern Show. Sharon's one of a kind -- an eccentric mom, rabid shopper, hardworking producer/manager/talk show hostess. This autobiography is a revelation, even for longtime fans. Sharon goes back to her childhood as the daughter of a seriously crazed rock'n'roll empire-builder, where one day she was riding in a Rolls and the next day she was dodging the bill collectors and, sometimes, the police. She details her travels and travails with Ozzie, yes, but this is Sharon's story. She is relentlessly honest in the telling of her story. It's funny, it's shocking, it's sad, it's moving -- everything you'd want a story to be. I couldn't put it down, and I was sorry when the book was over. Thankfully, Sharon's journey is far from over, and I hope that one day, a decade or so into the future, she'll write the continuation of her tale. If it's anything like this book, it'll be well worth the wait.

Blunt and Honest

This book is GREAT!!! After watching the Osbournes t.v. show and reading news articles, I really began to admire Sharon Osbourne. After reading this book I have an even higher respect for her. This book is a no holds barred account of her life. The best of the best times and the worst of the worst are all written about with the same detailed honesty and sometimes graphic descriptions that are two of the traits about Mrs. Osbourne that I personally have great admiration for. I would highly recommend this book to anyone over the age of 18, as the language is strong and some of the accounts are very adult in content.

Sharon Osborne - Very Interesting!

I read this book over a weekend. The only thing I had trouble with is there are a lot of characters and names to remember in the beginning. Her life is very interesting and how she has put up with Ozzy I will never know. That must be what true love really is. She is such a hard worker and a great inspiration for women everywhere. My mom read this book after me and enjoyed it as well.

I could not put this book down!

I have always admired Sharon Osbourne, but now I like her! She is an amazing woman. I watched the family's TV show & wished I could be half the mother she is. With OZZY for a husband! How does she do it? After reading this book, I now know how.

I loved this book. She was so honest and open about her life. You have to respect someone who can draw someone into her life and make them like her. She is the one celebrity I would love to meet.
