horrible shipping for book- paid as much for shipping as book and still waiting more than a week lat

I was expecting this book to be delivered within a timely fashion, having paid as much for the shipping as I did the book. However, I am upset as this was a college text and I was to have the reading done .... today for my first class. I am upset that it is still held up.
