This book was perfect for my young fives and kindergarten students! It is a cute story about a grandma who has her grandchildren visiting. She tells them stories about what she used to do to stay fit. During their visit they do various things together as she will not allow them to be "couch potatoes!" Great book to emphasize the importance of staying active. Very age appropriate.
