Chef Corri Harris wasn't surprised to receive the "Dear Corri" letter from her fiancé Kevin O'Brien, but she was furious with his timing (ten minutes before live air) and his method. Corri knew her job was doomed, when her temper got the better of her near the end of the show, and she demonstrated her skill with a knife and a cucumber and announced to her audience that she'd been dumped. When station owner, Aidan O'Brien reads the letter he fully understands Corri's anger but he isn't sorry about the breakup. Though he'd been in a relationship at the time, he's always regretted introducing Corri to his brother, Kevin, and now that they are no longer a couple and he is free, it means he has a shot with Corri. Only Corri doesn't yet know the big networks are wooing her, and that's why Aidan keeps things between them no-strings-attached. It seems that it's always bad timing keeping them apart. The attraction between Aidan and Corri had been strong for a long time, but they'd kept their relationship strictly as very good friends. Their chemistry sizzles, so it's inevitable that they will become lovers. It doesn't take long for friendship and lust to become much more. I really liked these two, and the chance to meet the amusing O'Brien clan again. This one too, reminds me of the Harlequin Temptation line; it's fun and sexy. Ms. Gold is wonderful at creating fun scenes and some very poignant moments as well. Well worth the read. :D The O'Briens ... I really enjoyed this book, "Executive Seduction". Kristi Gold, is one of my favorite romance authors. She's one of the few authors that I will purchase a book from, just because her name is on it. The book tells us the story of characters, Aidan O'Brien and Corri Harris. Aidan O'Brien is the Executive Producer and owner of the Production Company, where Corri Harris works as a TV chef. For months, Aidan has been secretly fantasizing about Corri, but knew she was off limits because she was engaged to his brother. That is until Corri receives a letter from her fiancé ending their engagement. Now that Corri is free, Aidan waste no time letting her know that she can cry on his shoulder or any other body parts of his that she sees fit to cry on. What follows is a very funny, entertaining, steamy sexy and endearing romance. A romance that will make you fall in love with the hero, Aidan O'Brien. A definite must read.

Aidan O'Brien has watch Corri from the broadcast booth, secretly fantasizing about her, her red apron, and nothing else. However, he's the owner of the production company, and at essence, her boss. Not to mention the brother of her ex-fiance. Both of them struggle with their attraction for each other, fears of what others will think - coworkers, family, the TV public - if the let the world know what they feel. However, in secret, the two share sizzle that make a hot oven seem cool. Kristi's tale will make your heart sing, your mouth water and your temperature rise.
