The Perfect couple!!!!

To me, Charlie and Mary are like the perfect couple. Then Mary did something wrong! When Charlie got mad at her. It was the most painful thing you could ever take, well in a way. But he acted as if he doesn't love her anymore. He was like everything to her! I would like it if the story would just end in a little sweater way. A little more love said between Mary a Charlie. Oh and one more thing. Stephen King is not Christopher Pike! The info. about them is different. Pike you're the best!

Great Book, one of the best!

Right after reading the back of the book I knew I had to have it! It was well written, and I think those who thought Hannah was not a well written character are wrong. I agree with the person from CA. there are A LOT of crazed characters in his other books who are not gay. In fact this is the only Pike book I have read where the crazy one is gay! And I have read an awful lot of Pike's books. But anyway this is one of the best just for the simple fact that Pike's books are fun to read. I love Christopher Pike and hope that he keeps on writting them as good as he wrote this one. Thank you.

let me try to clarify the bias on homosexuality

well...this is obviously a love-hate type of book.. i love christopher pike's work...and although to some "execution of innocence" was somewhat shallow,(it was a simple story, i agree on that) it was written beautifully...the way he writes just makes you simply believe everything he says is true and right there in front of you... the plot was simple, but i liked it enough i do not think he is bias against homesexuality ...i think you guys are just being too defensive ...its like HELLO how many of his "crazed" characters are NOT gay or lesbian... just because one of his stories happenes to interweave a homesexual, it is not a direct condemnation towards homosexuality... thank you

This book was GREAT! I thought it was a wonderful mystery story, full of action and suspense. I don't think that it was his best book ever written, but it was one of C. Pike's best. I have been reading Pike's books for a long time now and I have enjoyed every single one of them. It you think this sounds good, check out "Remember Me".

when richard spellmen was killed,2 policemen turn the cules in side out to find the killer.they think it might be charlie because richard wanted mary,charlie's girlfriend,or it could of been mary herself because she was sick of richard.or richard's sister who was mad at him.if i tell you more you'll figure out what happened.the best thing is how they go back and forth .like 1 chapter they talk about the policemen and there search and the next chapter is about what really happened that night when richard spellman was killed.Who killed him charlie,mary,or his sister?who knows?you will when you read the book.
