Tamen, cum Creusa eum visitat, Ion agnoscit eam et postea eam sequitur ad Athenas, ubi Creusa ab eo filium suum, quem reliquit in Delphis, quaerit. Fabula deinde explicat deorum iram et Poenam, quae Ionem affligit, et de Creusae et Xuthi amoribus, qui ad finem fabulae complicati sunt.
