Thumbs Up

The negative grad student is way too steeped in high-theory and/or elite-level student body. If you teach average students at a mid-level university/college, this is the text for you. It also speaks to aspects of their actual day-to-day lives, rather than the usual applied ethics hit-parade of controversial/media-hyped "social issues".

College Student ethics

This book has a variety of important case studies dealing with issues that confront the average college student. These case studies are good at generating discussion and getting at moral and ethical intuitions of undergraduate students. The book is clearly written and a useful supplementary text to courses in contemporary moral issues interested in dealing with issues other than those that are stereotypically dealt with in such courses.
