Great Story!

I remembered reading this book in elementary school. It was probably one of the books that got me started on my love of horror stories. LOL I haven't read it to my youngest, but my 3 year old loves the spooky ghost. He thinks the ghost is "silly because he doesn't make friends" when people come to the castle. At any rate, it's a cute little story, but I could see where some parents may think it would frighten their children. Read it once alone before reading to younger kids - our 3 year old has always like being startled and frightened, so I didn't think it was too much for him, and like I said, he thinks the ghost is funny. Cute story, for sure!
