Save some money by buying the identical eariler edition

I had to buy this textbook for school. The instructor states it is identical (page numbers AND problems) to the earlier edition (with the yellow cover) so you could probably save some money by purchasing the earlier edition. This text uses the same solutions manual as the earlier edition as well. Other than that, I found the text to be typical of a college Algebra textbook.
