great book.

this book was wonderful. it was required for my 200-level college information technology course. it is easy to read, and offers great diagrams and pictures. the explanations are never confusing and it's very easy to follow. i highly, highly recommend it... even for those who don't need it for a class and are just interested in the topic!

Great textbook!

This was a required text for college level MIS class. The book was well layed out with lots of graphics and interesting facts. Learning objectives outline each section, making the text easy to digest. Several case studies at the end of each chapter encouraged me to exercise the concepts I learned in the corresponding chapter. The online content for this book is good, containing practice quizes for each chapter as well as slide presentations. I did not purchase the iPod content, but imagine it would be as well presented as the other material. Great book for students.
