excellent quick-and-dirty handbook

This tiny little book provides an excellent short but surprisingly thorough overview of what one needs to know about business etiquette. Kennedy does a good job of bringing traditional etiquette into today's world without resorting to sarcasm and without losing the small niceties that are the mark of good manners. I now use this book as a text in introductory public communication courses to guide freshman in understanding appropriate professional behavior. It's the best brief etiquette book out there.
