Very good, but a little difficult here and there

This would have been a 5-star rating, but I got bogged down at times with too much science. The authors say they geared this to both lay people and students with a scientific background and that's exactly what you get. Fortunately, I had first read Humbart Santillo's Food Enzymes: Missing Link to Radiant Health, a much more reader-friendly primer. Nevertheless, I do recommend this one if you're going to get serious about enzymes and want to delve deeper.
