Buy it together with the book: without it is pretty useless. The course is very technical but it has a very good approach to phonetics.

Practical excellence for the student of beautiful English

I found this course to be practical and delightful. It is no non-sense and complete. I have found in just a few practice sessions with the material how my verbal usage has changed and improved.
