In order to implement the national "double carbon" action plan, offshore wind power generation has gradually become a research hotspot of scholars at home and abroad with its concept of green energy transformation and high-quality development path of ecological priority, green and low carbon. As a new energy source for power generation, offshore wind power generation system makes full use of marine resources to save land space, and can flexibly choose to connect to the power grid or operate independently, which is an effective technical means to solve the problem of load power consumption in remote areas near the sea.Reducing the fluctuation range of wind power grid-connected to ensure the stability of power system and how to optimize the capacity of hybrid energy storage system under the premise of completing the task of power stabilization have always been the research focus of new energy power generation.
