Emotions Management: Discover How to Control Your Emotions

Throughout our life, we all encounter a variety of emotions. I have to acknowledge that while writing this book, I went through my own highs and lows. At first, I was ecstatic and excited at the prospect of giving individuals with a guide to assist them in comprehending their feelings. I thought how much better readers' lives would be if they could control their emotions. My motivation was strong, and I couldn't stop myself from fantasizing about how fantastic the book would be.
Or so I reasoned.
After the initial thrill worn off, the time came to settle down and write the real book, and the excitement swiftly faded off. Suddenly, concepts that were brilliant in my head appeared mundane. My writing was tedious, and I felt as though I had anything significant or worthwhile to add.

Each day, sitting at my desk and writing got increasingly difficult. I began to lose confidence. Who was I to write a book on emotions if I was incapable of mastering my own? What irony! I pondered quitting. There are already enough books on the subject, so why add another?
Simultaneously, I saw that this book provided an ideal chance to work on my emotional difficulties. And who doesn't experience bad feelings on occasion? We all have ups and downs, don't we? The critical factor is how we respond to our lows. Are we using our emotions to help us grow and learn, or are we punishing ourselves for them?
Therefore, let us now discuss your feelings. Let me begin by asking you how you are feeling right now.
Understanding your emotions is the first step in gaining control of them. You may have internalized so much that you've lost touch with your emotions. Perhaps you said, "I believe this book may be beneficial," or "I believe I may learn something from this book."
None of these responses, however, reflect how you feel. You do not 'feel this way or that way, ' you simply 'feel.' You don't 'feel like' this book may be beneficial; you 'believe' it might be valuable, which creates an emotion that makes you 'feel' eager about reading it. Feelings are real feelings in your body, not mental concepts. Perhaps the reason the term 'feel' is so often overused or abused is because we are averse to discussing our feelings.
