Good coverage of all topics. The title of this book tells it all.

Clear and informative -- not a "ha-ha" book

I had hoped for a good book, but got an excellent book! :-)Clarity throughout, in both the writing and in the frequent illustrations. Cogent and practical explanations and suggestions. An upbeat approach, or tone, to describing the medical issues... what you'd like in a doctor when approaching a problem.

Very helpful

Though I can't mention why I bought the book here (too shy), I can say that it is extremely interesting, informative, and helpful. While health is not a laughing matter, this book is funny, too.
