Wonderful, informative, picturesque book. I couldn't put it down. I recently was to Graceland and enjoyed the tours of the grounds and of their plane. Graceland gave one the feeling of the love that Elvis emanated to everyone. The same feeling was felt when reading this book told by the Presleys. A must buy for all Elvis fans.

WHAT A PHENOMENAL STAR!

This is a delightful book written by the people who loved "The King" the most ... the people who knew him the best! As much as I enjoyed learning more about Elvis, one of the most talented, charismatic people of the Twentieth Century, I adored the pictures. Thanks, Priscilla and Lisa Marie, for sharing memories of your beloved husband and father with the world. I highly recommend this book!

A new look at Elvis by his family

I was pleasantly surprised to finally see Elvis remembered by his family rather than the many people who've claimed to be "close friends" for so many years. I'd recommend this to all Elvis fans. It's a poignant and honest look at a much talked about icon.

Elvis's wife, daughter, and others in the immediate family tell the story of Elvis Presley from the inside looking out. It is very interesting to have this new perspective on the life of Elvis Presley. In addition, there are some wonderful photos included in the book. Enjoy!

New Discoveries

Reading through this book I realized that a lot of what the media said was untrue. This book gave a different insight to the values Elvis kept close to his heart. It tells about his complex personality, but at the same time the sensitive side to Elvis that he hid from the public. The book told how generous he was and at times to perfect strangers. He loved to make people happy. He loved his family life. I recommend this book because it tells the truth about Elvis from the people who were closest to him. This book is truly a must read for an Elvis fan.
