To me, this book is a great resource for developing a strategy to connect teams to a common purpose. Keith's insights on how to create an emotional link between a leaders purpose and their people is the heart of the book. A memorable section is on the "Rewards of Integrity" and the choice we make as leaders between character and compromise.

I absolutely love the book CONNECT! Keith has hit another home run. When we think about success we minimize the importance of attitude. Keith has definitely done it again. Yes, I agree with the review that says it is for sales. But I disagree with everything else. We are all salespeople trying to sell ourselves and our attitudes.
