Profusely illustrated coffeetable history of pivotal airline

While not the definative history of El Al (yet to be written), Goldman's book gives an excellent overview of Israel's national airline. Born in war and often an instrument of state policy, El AL 's story is far more interesting than that of most other airlines. At $9.95 this book (originally $30!) is a beautiful "must-have" for any airline history buff.
