Another home run!

I love pretty much anything by Ally Blue, but I have to admit, I like this title the best so far! Austin Bell is down on his luck. He's a deep sea diver out of work and living on his last penny when he finds Luke Cordova out in the middle of the ocean. After rescuing the young man, Austin brings Luke home with him and they get together, but only briefly. Luke, afraid that he would put Austin in danger if his guardian found out he left the mansion again, sneaks away from Austin. Austin is broken hearted and searches for Luke. In the meantime, he lands a lucrative diving job with the help of the Collector. He meets up with Luke again, only to find that the younger man is living a nightmare of beatings and torture, courtesy of his guardian. Luke ends up with horrible injuries that would kill most people, but it turns out that he is part of a ancient race of shape-shifting octopuses, and each time he goes into the ocean he heals all of his injuries. Luke and Austin eventually get together, and find out that Luke's guardian is responsible for the deaths of Luke's family many years earlier. Together, they take on Luke's guardian, who is also stealing ancient artifacts from the ocean. Really a great story, and I'm sure I'm not doing the description justice. I just loved it, in spite of the fact that Luke could shift into an octopus. The relationship between Luke and Austin was just wonderful, which is why I would recommend this to anyone who loves paranormal/M/M/fiction.
