Relaxing just to Read

The style of the author is so straightforward and easy to understand that I was relaxed just reading how to achieve Effortless Wellbeing. I haven't mastered all the exercises, but am already feeling less stressed and more relaxed everyday. Effortless Wellbeing has enabled me to better understand me and become comfortable with my own thoughts and the space around me. I highly recommend this book for those looking for inner piece and a sense of wellbeing.

Some good ideas

Mr. Finer has written a very simple book with various exercises that seem to be taken from different meditation texts or martial arts books. The exercises are very simple and effective. I would recommend the book to anyone who wants to develop a stress free life style. Even though he presents many techniques in the book to practice he does remind the reader that eventually you want to be in the place where there is no technique. Many of his techniques or strategies are taught through other meditative practices but I like the fact that he does not tie these exercises to any dogma or religious perspective.

Awesome Book. I will Never be the Same. It Works.

I am a middle aged executive with a graduate degree and extensive social networks, yet I have never read many of the things in this book before. I was amazed to discover the power, energy, and health that I gained from the ideas and exercises. Everything in my life has improved. I look at things differently. I am even more intuitive about people and situations. Get this one and read it and do what it says. This might be the best self help book you will ever read!

very well written, and easy to follow

So many of us are having a tough time dealing with the stress resulting from our increasingly busy lives. This book gave me an easy to follow plan along with simple mental and physical exercises that I now use to get in touch with what is really important, and how to focus on relieving my stress. What's really great about this book is that rather than being academic and complicated and thereby stressing me out even more, it is written in everyday language that made it easy to understand and use. Highly recommended.
