Robert J. Originally from mineapolis, Bruss graduated from NothWestern school of Business Administration. He received his J.D. Law degree from The University of California's Hastings College of the Law in San francisco. Bruss is a California Attorney and real estate broker. Since 1968 Bruss has been involved in ownership of investing properties, primarily houses and apartments , and commercial properties. Hegained much of his practical how to do it real estate sales and management insight as Invesment manager in San francisco with Grubb & Ellis Company,Realtors, one of the California's lagest statewide brokerages. In addition to his real estate writings and investing, Bruss teaches Real Estate Law and Real Estate Practice at the College of San Mateo. He has also taught continuing education classes for the University of Southern California's statewide real estateprogram. His book , the Smart Investor's Guide to Reaal Estate.
