Very clear and easy to understand, economics made simple.

I bought the course because I took Economics with the author, Professor Evensky and it is the required text. Though a new edition has come out, I am sure, knowing Professor Evensky, that it can only be better than this first edition. The textbook reads just like one of Evensky's lectures. Clear and easy to understand. For someone who knows absolutely nothing about Economics, the book introduces the main ideas of micro and macro economics to the point that you can easily apply the theories to everyday happenings. One of the best parts of the book is the real life, simple examples it holds. Evensky doesn't speak or write like a professor or a boring textbook, but rather like a good, smart, friend. A good textbook, clear and concise, what every textbook should be.
