The Perfect Refresher

Economics Deciphered is a perfect refresher in economics. I minored in econ in college but that was more years ago than I care to admit. In today's turbulent economic times it helps to go back and refresh one's memory of the subject. This book did it. No graphs and charts. Just good basic answere to all the questions about economics. Also a good read for the new comer to the subject.

The book has a lot of information about economics. It covers topics from unemployment, inflation, making money, financial markets to supply and demand to foreign exchange. Monopolies, self-interest, trading, as well as economic booms are also covered throughout the book. Economics Deciphered has a varied reading level from 6.5-12 but the basic ideas could be understood easily. It is written really easily with many chapters with several common questions pertaining to each topic. It makes the book very easy to read, understand and learn from. Finding information is also easy to do.
