A Real Choice for Basic understanding of Economics

Accidentally I found this in our library in San Leandro. A Two Volume package with excellent introduction to Economics. All articles originially appeared in Survey of Social Science: Economics 1991, Salem Press.Each article discusses a simple Economics concept or topic. Each article has a set of standard sections Viz., Type of Economics, Field of Study, Principal Terms, Overview, Application, Content, Bibliography and Cross-References(to other articles in the two volumes). A good handbook for a beginner. I strongly recommend.
