Charm of the Irish

Always dreamed of living in a cottage in the Irish countryside? The heroine of this novel hasn't,which is what creates the 'fish out of water' plot device in this book. While it's not an original premise, Heavey has added enough plot twists to lift it out of the realm of formula. It's well-written, and the characters are charming without being cloying.
