A good book for beginners

This book is a good primer on manual glass etching using, specifically, a hand-held rotary tool such as a Dremel (and preferably using an extension for more precise controlling, such as the Dremel Flex-Shaft). The book contains a decent variety of projects and understandable instructions for achieving them. The book includes etching projects on drinkware, and I wish it had given a bit more information about how to hold them down securely while you work (if possible); I just have to hold them in my off-hand and hope the Dremel doesn't slip!
