This book was bargain priced and arrived in excellent condition from the UK in one week. Have been on the Easy GI Diet for one month and lost 10 pounds by avoiding the 'bad' carbs and walking daily.

Changed my eating habits for life!

Awesome book

This book is so great. It's beautifully written AND illustrated, but even more than that, it takes all the foods we instinctively know are good for us, and shows us how to use them. It helps manage blood sugar and can help anyone avoid terrible diseases like cancer and heart disease because the nutritional advice is sound and proven. The book is not a fad diet -- it's for life.
