Great starter book for Acrylic painting

This book covers all the basics for a person who wants to learn to use acrylics. Its well written with good examples and projects at the end of the book.

Good introduction to acrylics

For someone just starting acrylic painting, I thought this was a good introductory book. It describes acrylics, materials (such as brushes) and various techniques. I thought the sample projects were a little complicated for a beginner. The rest of the book seemed geared to someone just starting acrylics, but the projects seemed more advanced.
