Magick in the Moonlight

It is sad that this book is no longer being printed but it is wonderful to know that it is still available for purchase. This book is pure magick. No, it's not a scientific treatise about the gravitational pull of the moon and the impact on frogs in Thailand (as some reviewers seem to feel it should have been) but is instead a spiritual walk with the beautiful moon in all of her glory. The author writes wonderful prose that draws you in and makes you want to read this book from cover to cover. Although the author has already crossed over, I feel her strength and energy every time I hold this lovely book in my hands.

Makes you go hum-m-m-m

This book is simply about time, but there is nothing simple about the thought and research that went into it. This is a book that will make some say, "Hu-u-u-m-m-m," in wonderment and others say, "Wow!" But no matter which a person says, it will undeniably capture and hold the attention as well as make one think. The premise set forth in the book is so reasonable as to seem simple. It is, simply, the story of the Earth through the seasons. It is also a story of human experience and how our human experience correlates to what the Earth is experiencing. And as with all human stories, it cannot be simple. But it is simply fascinating.After reading the book you will be compelled to use the charts in the appendix to compare and contrast your own life events to the effects of the moon phases. And again will find yourself saying, "H-u-m-m-m!" But this time it will be in thoughtfulness and perhaps amazement that no one seems to have put this all together so skillfully before.A delightfully intriguing book with some wicked bits of subtle humor,which provide as good a mirror of the author's keen intelligence as is possible.The highest praise I can give a book is "It's a good read." This one is.

Wonderful Information

Annette's book displays the wisdom she gained in her life wonderfully! The book covers the meanings of the moons better then any I have ever found. It filled a much needed niche.

Great book that provides info not seen in other Pagan books.

Annette's book really presents some information that I have yet to see in other books. Her material is written in a manner that is straight-forward and easy to read. Her ideas are well thought out, yet conversational, as if you are there talking with her about the subject. Get this book if you want something other than the regular Pagan mish-mash.
