As other James P. Lewis books, very useful.

When I purchased this book, I half expected it to say how a Project Leader has to have personal skills and give some general suggestions about doing it. It surpassed my expectations, by being very practical.I can see many of the suggestions he makes working on the company I work for. At the end of several chapters, Lewis provides some tasks you can get to work on to build your team, and keep it working. Lewis writing style...

Good book

James Lewis presents team based project management in a clear and easy to understand method. The main points out highlighted making it easy to re-review those topics. I recommend this book for all Project Managers.
