a great western

This was a great romance. There was lots of emotion and great kissing scenes. I loved the book - I couldn't put it down.

My favorite!!

"Dusty Britches" has got to be my favorite romance novel ever! The story is wonderfully and magically told! Ryder Maddox is too die for! Marcia Lynn McClure has a fantastic ability to mix in humor with her romantic tale. So many parts of this book find me laughing out loud to myself!! The characters are all too lovable! I think all those romance lovers out their should read this!!

AMAZING

In this story, Angelina "Dusty" Hunter is now a heartless woman who will have nothing to do with men, save her father. Her heart was betrayed at the tender age of fourteen, when the cowboy she loved, Ryder Maddox, left her fathers ranch. Then he unexpectedly shows up again years later, and many things have changed. There are some bittersweet setups for Dusty's father and her little sister Becca to find romance as well, but Ryder intends to win back Dusty's heart this time, and to stay at the ranch for good. That is, if her heart can be softened and if his dangerous past doesn't catch up with him first. I would give any of Marcia's books no less than FIVE STARS, because that's what they all deserve. It is absolutely amazing, the writing skill of this woman. She can weave a spell with her magical words and transport you to the exact time and place of the story. It is beautiful historical romance, but without smutty trash or preachy Christian ties. It's filled with sweet kisses, healing kisses, promising kisses. If you're looking for an amazing romance story that will keep you riveted from beginning to end, this is it! Page one will pull you in and you won't be able to put it down till the early hours of the morning. You won't regret buying this book. Marcia Mcclure is one of the best writers of CLEAN Romance I have ever read. The kissing scenes leave you feeling tingly and her heros say all the things that women wish their man would say to them without being all sappy and unrealistic. This story is about a young girl named Angelina "dusty" who falls in love with her father's ranch hand at the tender age of 14. The hand Ryder is quite a bit older so to save himself from being a "pervert" he leaves the ranch and returns a few years later to she how she has grown up. The seperation has left dusty bitter. There are suprises in store for Angelina's entire family as they all learn how to open their hearts to love. LOVE, LOVE, LOVED it!!!!!!!!! Be sure not to miss Marcia's other outstanding novels. She's the best!!!!!!!!
