Entertaining Historical Fantasy

This series follows a young teen in discovering who she is as a half fairy among the fae and as a poor mixed-race girl in the prejudice 1930's dust bowl. With writing reminiscent of Rick Riordan, a modern reader will feel comfortable exploring in this historical fantasy world. Language and romantic content is appropriate for all ages. Difficulty themes of poverty and violence appropriate for pre-teen and above.
