This is the world's first Fact-Checking book. It was written as response to the concerning "Dude, Where's My Ride?" study published by two Uber drivers, as response to the UK Supreme Court's decision to treat all private hire drivers on platforms like Uber as workers. This publication was necessary for the good continuation of the private hire industry for drivers across the UK. We cannot let a handful of drivers destroy what has been achieved so far in terms of protections for everybody. Private hire drivers in the UK are workers, and are now better protected financially than ever before.
