I thought the book was amazing. The characters were so real and the plot kept you on the edge of your seat! It had plenty of laughs also, many of which reminded me of my own childhood. I highly recommend this book.
A really moving book.

This is really a good book. The characters are all so real, you can feel them. It is a vehicle that brings you into the most intimate world of men and how they feel about themselves and each other. It grabs you until the very end, which comes with a jolt. You are made to see that people are not always what they seem, even those you thought you knew inside and out. This book leaves you with moist eyes and disappointment that it has to come to an end.
A terrific novel from beginning to end

Duck Alley has it all--characters so real you feel you could sit down and have a beer with them, dialogue that sizzles hotter than Elmore Leonard at his best, and a plot that twists, turns, ducks, and dives toward a final surprise that took my breath away. A page-turner brimming over with grit and soul.
