Great for inner self focus

This is not a dream-symbol book, so if you're looking for a quick fix or answer, this may not be what you want. If, however, you are wanting to look inside yourself through analyzing your dream life, and take a more psychological approach to dreams, then this IS it. This book was recommended to me by a good friend and I've not been disappointed; however, again, you have to be willing and ready to go into dream analysis. You can go as far and deep as you want really. But it does take some time, discipline, effort and energy. I think the results are worth it. You can always "take what you like and leave the rest" as they say. It's a good book.

Clear, succinct, insightful

This is one of the best introductions to dream interpretation that I've ever come across. Not only are the basic concepts & techniques explained in simple, understandable terms, enabling the reader to grasp them firmly, but the material is presented in a warm, rich fashion. Most importantly, the author emphasizes that each person is the best interpreter of his/her own dreams, as well as providing the necessary tools for the individual's exploration of the depths of the Unconscious. Highly recommended!
