Couldn't Put It Down

This is one of the best books that I've read in a long time. Ms. Tobin did an excellent job of portraying the seedier side of Hollywood. So many young women go there dreaming of fame, fortune, and glamour but end up with shattered dreams, heartache and pain. I decided to read this book when I heard that Britney Spears was going to be in a movie based on the book. After reading this I can understand why she would want to be in this movie. I can't wait until this movie comes out.

What Really Happens Behind Hollywood's Doors?

Candid and captivating, Tobin's book offers insight into the real Hollywood lifestyle and inner workings of the Hollywood social scene. Told conspiratorily, the narrator's intimacy with the reader makes this a one-sit read. A great rainy day or vacation book because it's so cinematic, Door to Door will leave the reader feeling like they're "in the know" in Hollywood, and even leave you feeling confident that you'll get in that Door. Great writing makes this the best of the "pink lit" and a real stand out. I highly recommend it, Door to Door stays with you.

Honestly couldn't put it down for it's Honesty

So real and so, so honest. If you've ever had a dream, whether it be to rise up and out of a small town and take over a big city, or find a Man-God or a God-Man that truly lives up to the word in ways your father didn't, this book will speak volumes to you. Tobi Tobin's style is always classic and poetic whether giving the low-down on working doors of the hottest nightclubs in LA, or sharing childhood traumas and describing "Home." This book is a pleasure and a page-turner!
