Great Book!!

This book really struck some chords! Rachel really provided some key clear insight I needed. I would recommend this book to anyone not only to unlock some dating questions and understand how you may come across to others, but to answer some questions about yourself. It may seem the book is soley for women, but for a single guy in Chicago Rachel's book has given me a better handle when it comes to women and dating!!! I would recommend this book to all!!!

A User Friendly Guide to Men

Rachel Iverson's book is an enjoyable 'user friendly' guide to understanding men's motivations and overall intentions in relationships. What I liked about this book as opposed to others is the way each specific 'Time Bomb' is introduced with a personal story that is relatable, and then explained. I find that with a lot of books on these types of subjects, the points can become very confusing and all meld into one another. This is not the case with Rachel's book. It is very clear and therefore easy to pinpoint what types of guys the reader has experienced in her relationships. And furthermore, the types to stay away from depending on what the reader wants in a boyfriend. It is empowering to not have to guess what a guy's actions meant. Now, after reading the book, I know! I feel like a lot of time is going to be saved and a lot of minutes on my cell phone will be used for other things rather than that late night phone call to a girlfriend to 'analyze' what some guy did. I highly recommend this book for single women all over Los Angeles!

Don't Help a Man be a Man is both entertaining and enlightening! Although dealing with potential dating downfalls, I think it maintains a positive tone. Rachel Iverson helps the reader recognize their own damaging relationships in her warning signs for early "dating time bomb" detection. This book is a relatable account of certain men's relationship behavior and provides the reader courage and strength to move beyond these certain types.

Best of Chick Lit!

I've read a lot of "Chick Lit" relationship books but I really dug "Don't Help a Man be a Man" because the awesome personal stories were so easy to relate to.

The best relationship book ever!

This book is funny, witty, insightful and full of great information we can all learn from. Great stories told in a creative way teach us about ourselves and what we are looking for in a relationship. A must read!
