To a first-timer in the "eating healthy" arena, I found the book filled with common sense ideas written in such a way that anyone could understand. The concepts were dealt with in short,easy-to-understand modules (chapters). Each module was complete and was built upon the one(s) preceding it. The message was simple from the start: eat right (less fat/more fiber), drink water, exercise. And that message was hammered home throughout the entire 142 pages.And, for what its worth, I finished reading the book the first time in about two hours and am now reading it for the third time in a week!
