Goodbye Lara

Believe it or not I will miss Lara. Yes, I know she was really bad but she also had a good side and just when she was getting her life back together she had to die. It was just really sad. I highly recommend this book to any teens out there! This series is just really great!

Don't Forget Lara

I thought this book was really good. I think the series is starting to get even better. The end was so unexpected, and I love unexpected endings. It also seems like Benjamin likes Nina again, and that makes me really happy. I love reading about the characters in college, but at the same time, I miss them all being together. That's why I love the whole Claire-Jake thing. Anyway, this is a great book, I definitely recommend it! It's a total page-turner.

No one will Forget About Lara

This book added wonderfully to the rest of the series. With most of the gang off at college, they are about to explore a new type of living- no parents and tons of responsibility. With Zoey at Berkley, Claire at MIT, Aisha and Aaron at Harvard, Lucas, Nina and Lara are left all alone on the island. This book was basically about this bad dream Lara kept having that came true at the end causing a tramuatic ending. This book had the saddist ending of all the books in the series. If you read it you'll understand why you have to agree with me.

Could Zoey Be Any More Annoying?

Zoey is about to get on my last nerve! At the beginning of the series, she was my second favorite character (Lucas being my first), but now she is nothing more than a conceited, selfish, spoiled brat who thinks about no one but herself. She obviously has no concept of the meaning of true love. It's apparent by the way she treats her boyfriend. Hello, did she conveniently forget the time Lucas caught her with Aaron and forgave her? But no, it was ok when she did it. It's always about Zoey for her. I can't believe that she threw away Lucas and Nina's letters without even reading them! How unbelievably childish! Lucas deserves a better girlfriend and Nina deserves a better best friend. Aside from that, this is a great book, as are all of the books in the Making Out Series. I couldn't believe the ending. I never imagined that something like that would happen. I'm looking forward to seeing how everyone deals with this in the next book. Maybe then Zoey will feel a little remorse. Probably not though. She would never lower herself to that. I would recommend that if you are new to this series, you start with the very first book, because all them are great and well worth reading. Although some are better than others, I would give every book in this series five stars.

Its a great series

This was a good book.I thought it was one of the best. It has a suprise ending and I had to read it the end over and over again because it suprised me.It is very sad that they are all not on the island anymore. I think some how they will all be drawn back to the island. There are very good parts in the book. An example of these is when Claire lets Jake stay in her room. I started reading these books last summer of '99. At the beginning of each month I buy the next book of the series and read it in a night. I wish it was printed faster.
